Went to "Matter" Grand Opening in Olympia, Washington- Nov. 6

I got up to Olympia at noon and the door was open because the sign designers were hanging the sign outside. I went in with John and he took this picture next to 7 of my 12 pieces.
I had a lot od fun at the opening later that evening. It was a fun trip. I like Olympia very much!

The new sign was up later. I think its very cool. The picture, though, doesn't show how the "white" part is really reflective and shiny like milar.

I took this pic of the gallery outside the next day. Its the Pacific NW so it was raining. Whatever!

I went to see my picture hanging the day before the show opened. My mother took this picture of me. It was a proud moment, I can tell you. It felt very surreal. I am doing what I want to and others seem to like it. Cool.

At the GALA event reopening S.C.R.A.P. on May 9, 2009.
Here is me in front of my piece entitled, "Time Foolery".

Here is me upon NOT winning the raffle for the $50 gift certificate to AMAZON.com, handing my photographer and husband a TAZO tea with the admonition that I would take a bite out of him if he didn't take it this instant! It was a bit humid. (head by Mudeye Puppets, the rest was by me.)
